The Past

FernKit was born to loving parents in Glenclan, her Mother a part of Willow Family and Her Father a part of the Oak Family. She was Raised by both family principles alongside her litter mates ( 2 Older boys). As she Grew older Fern Kit was alway very Gentle and caring until her brothers would push her to far while playing and teasing her. Because then her fiery nature would rear its head and she’d become quite assertive. It was quick to disappear however. She became FernPaw, and her Mentor the amazing MyrtleLeaf. This alone made FernPaw feel proud. She did everything she could to prove herself to MyrtleLeaf.

A few moons into being an apprentice her mother died kitting a litter of 5. The strain being too much on her petite frame. Unfortunately only 2 of her five siblings survived also. Her little sister and little brother. FernPaw spent most of her free time in the nursery watching over her sibling. If she wasn’t training she was curled up next to Mahoganykit and Macadamiakit. She was very protective over them. As she was their only family left in Willow Family as her older brothers switched families.

As FernPaw watched her siblings grow and continued her training she knew her dream was to be a mom and a warrior. She vowed to always help her clans kits and to take them all under her tail if they needed her. She always had an eye on her siblings while she was in the camp. With the loss of her mother however FernPaw began to cling to her mentor MyrtleLeaf. She was the only mother figure the Shecat had left. And while her father was caring it just wasn’t the same.

As FernPaw became FernFrost she felt a sense of pride. She continued to seek advice from MyrtleLeaf and comfort. As she viewed the shecat as her like a mother. So when she was having trouble with her siblings rebellious phase she often sought advice from myrtle. However when FernFrost was 23 moons old a kitten named BeanKit was born, at 2 moons old the kit lost her mother. Fern’s hear cried for the kit. And she decided then and there she would adopt her. So now at 27 moons old she has a beautiful 4 moon old kit, 17 moon old siblings she cares for, her father, two older brothers and her amazing mentor mother MyrtleLeaf who she adores. And her life is going according to plan…. for now.
