Kookaburrasong - male - GlenClan - warrior - Willow Family - 21 moons
Extra toes could be ever so useful.
The brown tabby tom grinned from ear to ear as he exited the warrior's den. He had quickly checked if any cat was there but aside from a rather senior Pine Family warrior snoring in a corner it was deserted. Perfect.
Kookaburrasong glanced around camp but no one was paying attention to him as he stealthily picked out a tiny dead twig from the bramble barrier that was the camp entrance.
He had seen it hang loosely for a few days now and decided that he and his eldest brother had been on way too good terms lately. It was time to inconvenience him a bit again.
Kookaburrasong stuck the small twig between his toes as he turned around to re-enter the warrior's den.
A little prank would keep him and his brother on their toes. Or if it did not... at least he could live out his mischievous side if only for the moment again.
The tabby fur on his back stood on end as he made his way towards his brother's nest, gingerly as to not prick himself in the paw too much. Golden eyes shone eycitedly as he drew nearer to the familiar nest.
If mother knew... she'd scold him for being as childish. And for being a bad influence on his younger brother and sister. But she would do so with an amused smile so there was no harm done.
And if father knew... Well. Who cared?
He reached the nest and placed the twig in the middle. He then started to work it into the wall of the nest, hiding it within the material so it would notbe noticed immediatly.
His feathery tail swung from side to side as he gave a last look to his work, feeling rather pleased with himself.
Kookaburrasong turned around to leave and almost made a small jump as he found himself face to face with another warrior. His face gave away that he felt caught but he quickly changed his expression, first to a neutral one, then to a flirty one as he found his only way out was forward.
"Well, aren't you a sight for sore eyes?", he purred.
"You almost startled me."
