Full Trait Description: 

Dogpaw has always been adventurous from the very beginning, always wanting to explore with his sisters and see what is out there. Even though his sister passed, he still has sparks of his adventurous tendencies in him, although he ignores them. Now, he merely focuses on being as logical as possible, to keep him and his sister safe. He is pretty clear-headed most of the time, and it shows most of the time.... unless it comes to his sister. He is extremely paranoid about anything that could happen to her. When he begins to freak out or worry, he becomes extremely tense and fearful. It all stems from the loss of his sister. He wants nothing more for his sister to be safe by his side, and often thinks that only he can protect her. So, in its own way, he is soft, for her sake. Soft, in a way that destroys his 'tough' guy demeanor, like tender-hearted. Often times, he is indecisive, because he tries to take everything into consideration when making even the littlest of decisions. Because he is so worried about his sister, he has lost most of his friends from his kithood. To others, he is seen as impassive, at least that is how he tries to portray himself. He tries to be as conservative as possible, so no other cats can judge him, and so he has to associate with them as little as possible. He never wants to be seen as weak, and if he shows no emotion, he can't be. Though when interacted with, he is sarcastic most of the time and brushes other cats off. All in all, most of what he does is out of his good-nature, even though it may not seem that way.

The Past

Rookkit, Dogkit, and Adderkit were all born to a pair of Nightwalkers, in that order. Nothing out of the ordinary, except as the kits grew, Adderkit became sickly. She could no longer keep up with Dogkit and Rookkit as they played around the nursery. She was often by herself, and the kits' parents then discarded her because she was too weak. Dogkit and Rookkit still tried to include her, s the kits reached 4 moons, they lost little Adderkit. Dogkit found her stiff, cold little body himself. Even as a kit, it took a toll on Dogkit. Apart of him died with his little sister. He lost a bit of his playfulness during his younger moons, and he soon developed a protective role in Rookkit's life. After all, he didn't want to lose another sister.

As he and his sister became Trainees, Dogpaw tried to be as close to his sister as possible to make sure nothing happened to her. But that then caused a rift in their relationship, as Rookpaw felt that Dogpaw was being too protective and overbearing. Dogpaw was offended, but backed off just a little. Rookpaw often went out of her way to get away from her brother. As of now, Dogpaw is left without any friends due to his constant watching of his sister. He is a bit of a loner, where as he always watches his sister hang out with the other Trainees.
