The Past
Avocetkit and her sister Laurelkit (Maple credit to Maple some history was taken from her) were born to respectable parents within the Willow family. They were not her parents first litter, and as such, the attentions given to them were less of affection and more of raising kits that would not disgrace them this time and rather, bring them pride - their only saving grace from the damage their first litter had done was their high standing in the first place. As such, the two parents often pretended that this second litter was their only litter of kits. The two raised them carefully and with great standards and so, the two sisters grew up to be two very different beings.
As apprentices Avocetpaw and Laurelpaw were obsessed with being perfect. Over time however Avocetpaw slowly started to resent this. She felt like nothing she did would ever out shine her sister. Slowly over time she started to hate perfection. Purposely messing up neat piles or leaving parts of her fur messy. Avocetpaw tried to hide these habits and her growing hatred for perfection the best she could. Unlike her sister she focused on her training. She found it to be a helpful distraction from her problems. Though she was never any good at fighting, Avocetpaw was a decent hunter and didn't mind occasionally getting her paws wet. But what she truly loved was helping out in the nursery.
Avocetpaw recently gained her warrior name Avocetheart alongside her newly named sister Laurelshine. Together they embark on their journey as warriors. Uncertain what the future may hold...
