Ashflight - Duneclan - Warrior - Nightwalker - Application Ashflight sighed waiting for the hunting partner to appear. Time was of the essence and something didn't want to waste not now or ever. Every since she completed her trail and learn her freedom from him. This had been her life and no mouse-brain she-cat was look to slow her down. She pace to and fro waiting for Panther-. She heard about her and family are some "greatest" NIghtwalkers in all of Duneclan. Well if they anything like him. She would rake her claws against their throats. Maybe she was just in the bad mode because she couldn'y nuzzle against Shadow- ,her dear friend who was probably sleeping now. Calm Ash don't get so worked up. The molly stomp on the ground have waiting long enough she began to walk out the camp entrance when she heard a voice. Oh! Having turning her back slightly the warrior's eyes glare into amber ones unyielding. "Oh,there you are!" No effort was made to hide the raw venom in her tone with snort she continued to walk onward. Ashflight would lead this patrol or dam to let a slowpoke boss her around. Black pelt or not! "Took forever, I was leave with you but since you here. Might as well come along and make up for time."Tags: Owl Notes: Oh yeah, she is upset |

Pantherfoot hesitated momentarily before grabbing a second mouse from the freshkill pile. One wouldn't have been enough. The clan has hungry bellies to feed. And none are hungrier than those that reside in the nursery. There had been a snake on the pile too, from some Daywalker catching it basking out in the sun. But she was reluctant to give snake to kittens. It might upset their stomachs, her parents had never let her eat snake until she was an apprentice. Well, apart from a taste or two when she badgered them about it. Never a whole snake. It was really quite astounding to watch all the Daywalker families vanish with the falling sun, and as the stars came out the Nightwalkers appeared. Like whispers of shadows playing in the nighttime desert. It was dreamlike. This included their kittens, of course. And the dark little ones were just starting to wake up. Ducking into the nursery, she purred when bright eyes opened and dusky ears flicked toward her. "Hello dears." She meowed quietly around the pair of tails in her mouth, setting them down in front of the kittens's mother. The young ones immediately pounced and started to demolish the prey ravenously, which made the adults stifle laughter. Their eyes met and Pantherfoot offered the molly a smile. "Remember to save some for your mother, she needs to eat too." The black cat nudged the kittens away from the second mouse and rolled it towards the other she-cat. "Thank you, Pantherfoot. Maybe you'll come back and play with them later?" She grinned and briefly touched the queen's forehead with her nose. It was an honor to be trusted by a mother with her kittens. "Of course. Don't let them get much bigger while I'm gone. I'm not sure I can give badger rides to such a strong litter much longer." The kittens protested until she winked at them, obviously joking. I'll give them badger rides as long as I'm able. "I'd better be off!" Then she turned and whisked out of the nursery. Long strides carried her to the mouth of camp, where an ashy grey molly was waiting for her. "Hullo, Ashflight." She warmly meowed in greeting before spying the expression on the cat's face. She was much less happy to see Pantherfoot. "Took forever, I was leave with you but since you here. Might as well come along and make up for time." Pantherfoot's good mood was immediately soured by the blatant disdain in Ashflight's tone. It's not like I was dilly dallying. She needs to have some respect for her clanmates. Especially the ones of far superior breeding than she. "You'd be a fool to go out in the desert alone. No one would find your body until it was but bones." She snapped back, lunging forwards to follow the scarred cat out of camp. Her legs easily kept in stride with the smaller cat, thought not overtaking her they threatened to. "I'll have you know I was helping the queens while you stood here and twiddled your tail waiting for me. We'll see who the gods favor."Tags: Aria Notes: c; |

Ashflight - Duneclan - Warrior - Nightwalker - Application A fool. A mouse-brain. Meh. Those words she heard all her life from kin to clan-mate. Nothing new so she simply shrugged them off. Panther- was surely someone took in her rank and she begrudgingly respect that. A part of her did feel partially remorseful for being so snappy after she gave her a valid expectation. I'll double quick with the queens after this to confirm. Orders especially from Applewater must be followed and Ashflight was know to follow them to a T plus she was far too proud to direct attempt it or say an apology. She quickly put those feelings behind her and focus on in front of them desert. I"ll her a point for guts."Then I'll be a fool. I rather be that than a frolicker." Panther- was large and darker compared to her but Ashflight only said a normal nightwalker no better or worse than her. Those who hated grey cat and those them as an inferior might as well die as will be the first to bury that claim in the same hole as Dark-. The notice the voice and camp slowly disappear into the background and relaxed. She didn't know why exactly but being away from camp no matter what time of day just calm her down. Maybe she just uncomfortable with talk others outside of work because she never really had time for it as a trainee. Oh! The she-cat chuckled glanced up at her company. "I'll never disprove of helping the queens but definitely you have a problem in time management that needs to be worked on. And I think we both who has their favor already." There was slight playfully glint mixed her features already said what she need to. Me. She knew her eyesight was too keen she was going to rely on other sources for something such as this. "Do you find anything I think I saw something just a few tail length away ?"Hearing: zeDu1E2pSmelling: Eyesight: -2 Tags: Owl , Notes: Ash is trying |

Pantherfoot's smug expression melted into a more sour one. She doesn't seem especially convinced. What does she take me for, a liar? I am not one to make lies, even a little white lie can become twisted out of proportion and become a bigger problem than the truth would have been. She sighed breathily when the blue cat brought up that she'd rather be a fool than one to fool around. I'd consider that the same thing. Helping the queens is not fooling around. "Each to his own." She said, giving her tail a flick. The desert spread out ahead of them, as endless as the sky. And just as hard to navigate, though Pantherfoot would consider herself a master of both. At least in this area around camp, where the shadows the rocks cast were familiar and comforting. She cocked an eyebrow when the grey cat brought up that "they both knew who the gods favored." Yeah, and I think we disagree on that point as well. There's a reason your soul was born into a grey coat and mind a black one, even if neither of us have any white speckling. "Hm." The black cat grunted in response, knowing when to not argue. She wasn't changing Ashflight's mind, even if she was right. That's the thing about fools. They believe they are right, and that is why they are one. There's a difference between being a fool and merely being misguided. When the other cat said she smelled something, she immediately quieted her thoughts and cleared her mind. She smelled it too. It wouldn't matter what it was, she would catch it either way. Casting a glance at the other cat she crouched and started towards the rock that the prey was lurking behind. Despite her skill in stalking, her confidence made her less aware of her surroundings. She kicked a rock and it scattered against its fellows, making a clattering sound that would surely alert the animal. Noticing her mistake, Pantherfoot immediately leapt into action and covered the rest of the ground between her and the animal in a bound. Leaping over the rock, her claws caught the creature just before it fled out of her range. She struggled to hold onto it but managed to make the bite that ended its life. It was some rodent creature whose name she couldn't place. The black cat turned back to her companion. She sheathed her claws and swallowed to get the tang of blood off her tongue. Her pride was injured by such an unprofessional catch, but at least she had caught it. "That was just a warmup. The next one's yours."Tags: Aria Notes: winking intensifies |
you understand i got a plan for us? i bet you didn't know that i was dangerous Stealth: sO8LWItD + 2 = 12 (will make an official stealth range for hunting later, for now i'll say that she startles the prey but is able to try and catch it)
Hunting: + 2 = 10 (she is able to catch it, but it's a messy catch and almost gets away) ·

Ashflight - Duneclan - Warrior - Nightwalker - Application Ashflight had a feeling that this grumpy black kitten was going to done without a fight. She wasn't fool just skeptical of everything and everyone unless there proof you had would have better time trying to convincing a snake to sing than get her believe a lick of anything that comes out of you mouth. She was bold, proud and always spoke her mind! Whether you liked it or not! "Each to her own you mean, tomcat." What she was big and bitter like so the nickname fits perfectly. Pantherfoot, what would she do if little old took her down a few pegs. Oh the look on her would be priceless for many moons to come. You have the goal now, Ashy. It's to achieve it.It was not going to be easy but this Duneclan. Life is not easy at all. The warrior nodded taking her part of the desert. She was never a good hunter, fighting was in her blood with a killer instinct. I've worked harder than that the grumpy kitten would never know and I will prove it. She focused blocking her opponent have smell her perfect first kill but didn't act on it. She studied Pantherfoot, her speed, tactics, etc. Okay, she got her prey but barely. "Tch. Tch. Tch. if that was your warm-up you might as well be a Daywalker, dear." She retorted dismissed her with flick of her tail. Stealth: 1qFLmzBNHunting: -2 Now she was her turn and wouldn't screw it up for her life. She went father into the sands where there was a few rocks that were perfect for prey to hide and sure enough. A mouse- a plump one at that was got to feed! Oh how could little panther would react this! Ashflight smirked herself couching as low as possible however her paw slip causing her target to scurry away. Through it too late trough she already to close the gap enough to were a simple leap took and checkmate. Well her stealth might not been the best her hunting was better even just slightly than Pantherfoot and show how her catch was larger too. "Now that's warm-up. Next round is on you, dear."Tags:Owl, Notes: Evil Laughter |
